Om forløbet
Mission AI Swarm is an interactive experience designed specifically for employee events focused on AI. Through play, movement, and collaboration instead of slide presentations, participants gain a fundamental understanding of AI, data, and algorithms. The experience can be tailored to fit your event, but requires a minimum of three hours.
We begin with a short, accessible introduction to what AI actually is. Participants are then divided into smaller teams, each acting as a single AI agent. Every team member takes on one of the agent's core components: data, tools, or language model, while the team captain handles orchestration and directs the agent. Together, all the teams form an AI swarm.
Teams hunt for keys, unlock rooms, and venture out into the building. Along the way, the swarm gathers the best ideas for how AI could be used in your specific workplace. No one can complete the mission alone. Success depends on teams collaborating and sharing information.
The experience concludes with a debrief, where the swarm's strongest AI use cases are selected and celebrated. We reflect on the opportunities and limitations of AI and kickstart a conversation about how to use AI responsibly.
NB: Co-Coders provides the concept, storyline, materials, and facilitation, tailoring the mission to your industry and organization. The experience requires one large hall and a few meeting rooms. It can also be extended with a hands-on session where participants explore the AI tools they use in their everyday work.
